The plastic surgeon perfoming the surgical procedures will be Dr. Vigen Tovmasyan, Plastic Surgeon, Ukraine (Dr.Tovmasyan is the gentleman in the dark brown suit in the picture in the upper left corner of the slide show). His facilities (depicted in the slide show pictures also in the upper left corner of this article) encompass a state-of- the-art, high technology medical clinic, modernly renovated hotel compound, and a five star plush restaurant with private lounges, plasma TVs, and an exotic oil paintings gallery. The exclusive hotel compound has beautiful, marvelous renovated suites, some of them with maids/chauffeur additional rooms. You would be accommodated in one of those suites. The medical clinic is located one floor under your suite, this is a plus just in case of any unforseen emergencies. Basically, the better the overall health of the candidate, the better the perspective for plastic surgery. Anesthesia, operating room fees, etc. are all included in the total cost of the tour package and are not independent charges to you, if you are operated by Dr. Tovmasyan. With Dr. Stampon, the anesthesia and operating room are also included in the tour price !!!. Blood tests, EKG, ultrasound exams, etc., are to be paid by the patient, however, all those tests are less than $40 dollars, all combined !!!

In Ukraine, there are no malpractice insurance laws, therefore, you must decide for yourself on this issue, if you decide to do the surgical procedures with Dr.Tovmasyan/ Dr. Stampon, their will require a release of liability form signed by you, Lovestory Agency will also require from you a release of liablility as well as we are independent entities, LoveStory and Best Brides Worldwide LLC do the marketing and collection of fees services (a pro-rated amount of the total fees charged by Lovestory are disbursed to Dr. Tovmasyan/Dr. Stampon) and Dr. Tovmasyan/Dr. Stampon  and their staffs are responsible for the actual delivery of medical services.
