Terms and conditions Full payment 30 days in advance of trip. Cancellations: 15 days before trip (we will re-schedule for free, money will be refunded except $200 agency fee). Cancellations one week before trip: We will refund 50 percent of tour money deposited with us and re-schedule for free. Cancellations less than one week: No refund and free re-schedule.
